By installing, using or distributing Solar Time, you are bound by this Agreement.

As of Version 1.5, Solar Time is free for personal use. Everyone is permitted to use Solar Time 1.5 for personal use free of charge.

If you want to publish or distribute Solar Time to third parties you must get permission from Astrallis.

Solar Time (ASTRALLIS) SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PROGRAM OR THE EXERCISE OF ANY RIGHTS GRANTED HEREUNDER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
